The world needs your voice,
your ideas,
your dreams.
And nothing brings me more joy than helping people figure out what their voice sounds like & then empowering them to use it! Here’s the thing though: in order to truly accept that you have ideas worth sharing and needs worth expressing, you may have to unlearn some previous beliefs. And we all know old habits die hard. But I will encourage & support you until you know in your bones that you are enough exactly how you are.
So, what do you say? Are you with me?
Hi! I’m so glad to meet you!
There are many explanations for why you wound up here, & I’m guessing some might include: experiencing teacher burnout, hoping to explore healthier ways to show up in the classroom (& perhaps life in general), wanting to live less fearfully or guiltily.
AM I CLOSE?
I get it. Truly, I do. After a decade in the classroom, I felt exactly the same way. When happened upon the Enneagram several years ago, pride & fear of vulnerability pretty much ran things. I was exhausted from putting on a face at work every day, & I was closed off from intentional relationships because I feared opening myself up to potential rejection/betrayal. I told myself that I was strong for it, that no one would be able to hurt me by living this way, and that that made me smarter than everyone else. (Yikes. Just typing that out makes me cringe now.)
ENTER THE ENNEAGRAM!
For the first time in my life, I was given language to understand why I am the way I am, where my coping mechanisms started, why they looked the way they did, and how/why I position myself in relation to work, intimacy, family, etc. I had always considered myself a pretty self-aware person, but this new knowledge rocked me a little bit. I felt extremely understood & verrrry exposed. There was laughter, relief, & lotttts of tears. It was complicated, to say the least.
But after I had some time to process, I realized what an immense gift it was to be faced with all of myself (even though there was quite a bit I wasn’t psyched about-- which I now know is super normal when you first discover your type, no matter what type you are!). So I began working on deeper self-discovery, which allowed me to move toward positive, healthy change. It was slow, at first. And at times terrifying. But guess what happened? I learned the importance of practicing self-compassion & grace. I gained a better understanding of my worth. A stronger sense of who I was. A deep appreciation for vulnerability & forgiveness. And relationships that are more open & accepting than I could have ever dreamed of. And my classroom, colleague relationships, & admin engagement transformed.
After experiencing all of that, how could I go back to who I’d been? I couldn’t. So I didn’t.
I want this for you, too.
I have so much hope & confidence that you'll experience fierce self-acceptance, & then use that to propel yourself toward the life you long for. I can't think of a better place for you to start than right here, & it would be an absolute honor to walk alongside you.
HERE'S HOW YOU CAN Work With Me
UNCOVER YOUR TYPE
A lottttt of people blindly trust online quizzes to tell them their type. But guess what? A study done by Enneagram University founder Kristi Rowles revealed that those tests are only 60% accurate at best. And it makes sense, if you think about it: computer generated questions cannot account for nuance, nor can they understand the complexity of your core motivations.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
In these individual coaching sessions I will hold space for you, champion you, & challenge you. I will help give you language to understand your instincts, defense mechanisms, and strategies to improve or refine them.
We'll zero in on your Enneagram type as we discuss everything from taking ownership of who you are to core desires, biggest fears, & natural instincts. From decision making & behaviors in times of stress to center of intelligence & social style.
minimum of 6 custom sessions

Reviews
"It was an absolute joy working with Sarah! Her patience, welcoming personality, and enthusiasm made it so fun to work with her. Our conversations were so beneficial to helping me discover more about my Enneagram type, and I immediately noticed habits I had that needed adjusting in order to have a better classroom atmosphere! If you’re a teacher seeking strategies to help refresh your approach to education, this is absolutely the way to do it!”

"My hope was that Sarah would use the Enneagram to help our church leadership team better understand themselves & how to work better together after a long season of transitions. I can honestly say that we will be a better church because of the time we spent with Sarah. She made the Enneagram incredibly relatable, & created a practical curriculum specifically for our needs. If you are interested in digging into & improving your personal, professional, or spiritual life, I can't recommend working with Authentic & All In highly enough!"

“Prior to my session with Sarah, I had some familiarity with the Enneagram and thought I knew my type, but her combination of high-level Enneagram knowledge and personally tailored questions allowed me to identify a type that made SO much more sense for me. I loved working with Sarah because not only is she an expert, but her coaching style made me feel like we were a team. It is obvious she loves what she does and has a genuine curiosity and care for those she coaches. I had so much fun and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in Enneagram!"
